Customer Care Manager tasks typically involve:

• prioritization of projects for team implementation;
• first point of contact for clients;
• project data input into CRM software
• monitoring the production processes and maintaining schedules;
• liaising among different departments, e.g. suppliers, owners, labor contractors, clients;
• working with owner to implement the company's policies and goals;
• additional team support such as assistance at bridal expos.
