Shipping and Returns

Shipping Fee:  We're happy to now offer FREE shipping for gowns purchased online and shipped within the continental US.

Shipping Turnaround:  In-stock items ship within 3 days.

Production Time:  Special ordered items ship within 3 days of arrival to our office. Current production time is 8-12 weeks; styles with custom embellishment may take 12-18 weeks.  Four and six week Rush production is available for an additional fee.

Unlike other online sellers, Renegade has been working with brides face-to-face for 15 years in addition to working with brides remotely.  You are welcome to our Houston studio showroom anytime!  Our team is made up of experts with a process to guide you through your design and order process.  Renegade was founded with the desire to serve brides' call for gowns that authentically express their very essence for one of the most memorable moments.  That's a honor we take very seriously.

While we do offer video measuring sessions as an option, we are also unique from online sellers in that we recognize the professional excellence of experienced tailors.  It is our policy to refer brides to local tailors to be professionally measured for our chart that asks not only the basics (bust, waist, hip), but also many length and design proportions unique to your design.  Even paying a small fee for this service is absolutely worth it - a bit of hassle up front to ensure the best result upon delivery of your gown.  We create gowns with a guaranteed maximum acceptable variable allowance of 1/2 a size, as is industry standard.  We do also set the expectation that your gown will require minimal alterations, though historically about 40% of our clients need nothing (excluding bustle design).  Even with custom patterning, there are nuances to a body that cannot always be predicted without your body present, and we're honest about that!

While we are committed to crafting your wearable masterpiece to exceed expectations, we do offer the following return policy:

Returns: Quality Assurance
Natalie Harris Design is willing to return merchandise based on a defect* only. We closely inspect every piece of merchandise before delivery, and all merchandise that is ordered is in brand new condition. If you feel your merchandise is defective, you must contact us within 3 days after you receive your order. We will communicate the best available option for repair or replacement dependent on a case by case basis. If we find that the merchandise is not defective in any way or has been worn, altered or misused, then the merchandise will not be accepted. Natalie Harris Design will incur shipping charges on damaged or defective merchandise, and will reimburse their customers if supplied with the proper shipping receipts. Natalie Harris Design will not incur shipping or insurance charges on merchandise that is found to be damaged, worn, altered or misused by the customer, and will charge the credit card information on file for those fees.  Items sold "As Is" are final sale.


Cancellation
Once your special order has been entered into production, we are ethically committed to our team's labor as well as your satisfaction. Renegade does not regularly sell off-the-rack and thus is unable to resell cancelled merchandise.
